1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of Musketeersspiritsglobal.com (the "Site") operated by Musketeers Spirits Global LLC ("MUSKETEERS", "we", "us"). By using the Site or placing an order you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age to access the Site, create an order, or collect any product. By placing an order you represent that you are 21 or older. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if age cannot be verified.

3. Orders & pickup

All orders are for in-store pickup at our Brooklyn location. Reserved orders are held for 3 days. The person collecting must present valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID matching the name on the order. We will not release alcohol to anyone who appears intoxicated or who cannot present valid ID.

Allocated and limited bottles may be restricted to one per customer.

4. Pricing & payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. New York State and New York City sales tax (currently 8.875% combined) is applied at checkout. Online payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never store full card numbers. Pay-at-pickup reservations are paid in store by cash or card.

If an item is mispriced we may cancel the order and refund any payment in full.

5. Cancellations, returns & refunds

You may cancel a reservation any time before pickup. Under New York law, sealed alcoholic beverages generally may not be returned once they leave the premises, except for defective or corked product reported within 7 days with receipt. Refunds for prepaid cancelled orders are issued to the original payment method.

6. Limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, MUSKETEERS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or products.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Kings County, New York.
