Contact details you provide (name, email, phone) when ordering, contacting us or submitting a property; order history; and basic technical data (browser, pages viewed). Age confirmation is stored in your browser only.
How we use it
To fulfil and communicate about orders, verify age at pickup, respond to inquiries, evaluate storefront submissions, prevent fraud, and comply with New York State Liquor Authority recordkeeping requirements.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Card data goes directly to Stripe and is governed by Stripe's privacy policy; we receive only payment confirmation.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers needed to run the store (payment processing, hosting) or where required by law.
Retention & your rights
We keep order records as long as required by tax and liquor regulations. You may request access to or deletion of your personal information, subject to legal retention obligations, by emailing us.
