Musketeers Spirits Global LLC operates as a New York State off-premises retail liquor and wine store under the New York Alcoholic Beverage Control Law. NYS SLA License #: Pending issuance. Our license will be posted conspicuously in the store as required by the State Liquor Authority (SLA).
21+ only
It is unlawful to sell or deliver alcoholic beverages to any person under the age of 21 (ABC Law §65). It is also unlawful for anyone under 21 to present false identification to purchase alcohol (ABC Law §65-b).
Accepted identification
Valid, unexpired driver's license or non-driver ID from any U.S. state, U.S. passport or passport card, U.S. military ID, or a foreign passport. We may scan IDs to verify authenticity.
Hours of sale
Per New York law, off-premises sales are not permitted between 12 midnight and 8 AM Monday through Saturday, or before 12 noon on Sunday, unless otherwise allowed by local rules. Online reservations placed outside these hours are fulfilled when sales resume.
Right to refuse
Staff will refuse a sale to anyone who cannot provide valid ID, appears intoxicated, or is suspected of purchasing for a minor.
